227-foot, 21-story modernist/Deconstructivist residential building completed in 2022. Designed by SWA Architecture and Efrain Perez, it is clad in dark-grey, almost black metal panels, with about the eastern two-thirds of the 8-story base having a glass curtain wall split into two by an angular, projecting shard of metal. The metal cladding at the west end is also angular along its eastern edge, and has a bay of punched double-windows. At the ground floor, the main entrance is at the west side, with glass doors below an angled metal canopy. To the right, the metal shard extends down through the glass of the ground floor to a point at the sidewalk.

The upper floors are set back above the base have bands of windows, each of which begins at little farther to the left on each floor. At the east side is a distinctive stack of projecting, geometrically shaped balconies with numerous angled cuts, which runs from the 9th-floor setback up to the top floor. The eastern wall is left blank.

The building contains 54 apartment units.
