5-story residential building completed in 1925. It is clad in brown brick above a grey stone ground floor with a metal-and-glass storefront, and a residential entrance on the right with a glass door.

The 2nd floor has a studio window divided into four sections, each with an upper transom, in wooden framing, above a black iron paneled band. The upper floors have two bays of single-windows, and there is some simple geometric brickwork around the facade. The brick roof parapet is stepped up in the middle and has stone copings.
