5-story residential building completed in 1898. It is clad in brown-painted brick on the top three floors, and brown-painted stone below. A low stoop on the left with metal handrails leads up to the entrance, with a glass door, sidelights, and transom. To the right is a double-window, with the basement level below having two single-windows with iron grilles. The 2nd floor has a single-window on the left and a double-window on the right. The 3rd-5th floor have three bays of single-windows, round-arched at the top floor. On the 3rd & 4th floors the windows have splayed stone lintels with keystones, and thin stone sills. The top floor is set off by a brown metal cornice with garlands on the fascia board, and the 5th-floor windows have stone architraves. The facade is crowned by a larger brown metal cornice with brackets.
