11-story modernist residential building completed in 2022. Designed by Isaac & Stern Architects, it is clad in light-grey metal paneling and glass. The facade is organized into a grid of five bays with triple-windows. At the ground floor the main entrance is in the north bay, with metal-framed glass double-doors. The three southern bays have commercial storefronts, each with a glass door.

The facade grid is also divided into 2-story groupings by horizontal pre-cast trimming elements. The north bay has projecting balconies with glass railings at the 6th & 7th floors, and there is a setback with a glass railing above the 7th floor at the north half of the facade, and another above the 8th floor at the south half, with larger projecting balconies at the south half of the top floors - with the exception of the south end, which is farther set back.

The building contains 43 condominium units.
