7-story residential building completed in 1925. It is clad in red brick, with the west two-thirds of the main facade set back from the eastern third and connected by a short diagonal. There are single-windows in the eastern two bays. The rest of the ground floor has a narrow single-window next to a metal-framed glass door, and then another narrow and a wider single-window.

The upper floors have wide single-windows in the west end bay (even wider at the 2nd floor), while the middle of the facade has a single-window paired with a glass door and then another window, with these middle bays fronted by projecting balconies with grey metal railings that have curved ends. There are metal air-conditioning vents below each window bay. The top floor has no middle bays, with two round-arched windows on the west and east ends. The facade is topped by a corbelled brick parapet with a stone coping and short metal railing. The building contains 24 apartment units.
