4-story residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is clad in light-tan brick. The ground is painted white, with the residential entrance at the south end, atop a step. It has a tan wooden door set between fluted pilasters. To the right is a glass-and-metal storefront with a glass door and 4-pane window.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with brick sills. Air-conditioning vents are cut below the middle-bay windows. The roof parapet is capped by a brick coping. The ground floor is occupied by Craft+Carry taproom and bottle shop.
