10-story residential building completed in 1985. Designed by Archis des Group, it is clad in reddish-brown brick and set back from the building line, with a basement areaway on the west half enclosed by brown metal fencing. Just east of center is the main entrance, with glass double-doors and sidelights recessed in a brick surround, and covered by a flat, brown metal canopy extending out to the sidewalk. To the right the ground floor has a tripartite window and a double-window, and to the left are two double-windows, a tripartite window, and a double-window end bay.

The upper floors have two double-window bays in the middle, followed to each side by a tripartite-window bay and double-window end bays. Beginning at the 3rd floor the tripartite windows are replaced by sliding glass doors opening onto projecting concrete balconies with brown metal railings. A narrow, projecting brick dividing wall separates the balconies between units, and these extend all the way up to the roof line.

The building contains 79 apartment units.
