The entrance on the left is set a few steps down from the sidewalk, with a wood-and-glass door. There is a window to the right with an iron grille, and iron fencing fronts the property. The upper floors have two bays of single-windows in segmental-arched openings, with through-wall air-conditioning units cut below the western bay windows. The exposed front of the west elevation has been clad in brown-painted brick.
