6-story Neo-Renaissance residential building completed in 1910. It is clad in variegated red brick with a white-painted stone basement. A short, but broad stoop spans the basement areaway to the central entrance, with a black paneled wood-and-glass door, side panels, and short transom framed by white-painted stone pilasters and topped by a white stone entablature with a dentiled cornice. A panel on the entablature is carved with "THE LEONARD". A white stone band extends to either side of the entablature at the top of the ground floor. On either side of the entrance are three round-arched windows, the outer two paired closer together.

The upper floors also have paired-window end bays, and a center bay of paired windows, with another bay of single-windows in between. The windows all have white stone sills, and those on the upper floors have splayed brick lintels with white keystones. Betweem floors the outer bays have outlined brick panels. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle bay of the facade, with a full-width landing at the top floor. The facade is crowned by a dentiled black metal roof cornice. The building contains 30 apartment units.
