7-story residential building originally completed in 1917. Designed by Frederic P. Kelley as a 6-story nursery, it is clad in red brick. The entrance on the right is situated atop a short stoop, placing it between the lower two floors. It has an iron-gated glass door and fanlight set behind a stone round-arch with a brick architrave with a keystone. To the left are two single-windows with iron grilles on both floors; the lower ones are shorter and have splayed brick lintels. The upper two have stone sills and splayed brick lintels with stone imposts and keystones. The 3rd floor is set off by a stone band. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows, also with splayed brick lintels. Those on the 3rd floor have stone imposts and keystones, while on the 4th-5th floors there are no stone imposts. A thin stone sill course underlines the 6th-floor windows. The piers here have brick paneling, and broad, flat stone band tops this floor. Above a brick parapet, a newer floor has been added, enclosed with a band of floor-to-ceiling windows.
