4-story residential building completed in 1890. It is clad in white-painted stone above a ground floor with a storefront of wood-and-glass French doors in a red cast-iron frame, and to the north is a residential entrance with a black metal door flanked by paneled black iron pilasters.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows in segmental-arched openings, with stone sills. A black iron fire escape runs down the northern two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and panels. There are no windows on the exposed northern and southern elevations. The ground floor is occupied by Pita Grill.
