It is clad in red brick above a ground floor with a storefront of white stone and glass (with a large show-window and a glass door), and a residential entrance on the left with a glass door recessed in a red granite surround. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with beige stone sills and lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the northern two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and panels, surmounted by a metal railing. The ground floor is occupied by YOI Ramen & Tea.
