4-story residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is clad in orange smooth-stucco. The ground floor has a residential entrance on the right with a glass door and transom, and a stone-and-glass storefront on the left. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with beige stone sills and lintels. A tan metal fire escape runs down the southern two bays of the facade, which is capped by a stone coping, stepped up in the center.
