299-foot, 30-story modernist residential building completed in 1988 as the western half of the Windsor Court complex that takes up the entire block. The towers are clad in tan brick, linked by a 2-story white stone and tan brick base. There is a circular driveway at the main entrance between the towers, both of which are roughly T-shaped.
The connecting base between the towers is clad in brick, and has an entrance on 32nd Street located at the midpoint, where it is occupied by NYU Fink Children's Ambulatory Care Center. To the east are 10 bays of single-windows on both floors, and to the west are 11 such bays. This pattern continues west in a projecting section of the base with another three bays of single-windows, then another stone-clad commercial entrance, another four bays of windows (the middle two joined into a large triple-window at the ground floor), and finally a stone storefront bay at the west end. The 2-story base is lined with storefronts along Lexington Avenue, and has a crenelated roof line.
The tower's west facade on Lexington Avenue has a middle bays of double-windows, followed on either side by three bays of single-windows. There are continuous concrete floor plates visible between floors, and dark-brown metal air-conditioning vents below some of the windows.
The north elevation of the main west wing has, from east to west, a triple-window and a double-window, and then a projecting bay window consisting of a triple-window flanked by angled end panes. There are then three more double-windows; the projecting bay and the double-window bays on either side are slightly recessed. The projecting north facade of the east end of the tower has another projecting bay window with angled ends, and a double-window on either side. The southern facades have a matching design. The west-facing side faces of the wings of the T both have a bay of single-windows.
The rear, east-facing facade has two projecting bays in the middle (with double-windows and only one angled pane to the outside of the pair), with a triple-window and two single-windows on either side.
The complex contains a total of 709 apartment units. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by COCO-MAT mattresses.
