3-story (plus raised basement) residential building completed sometime around 1860 as a townhouse. It is clad in red brick above a brownstone basement that now houses a commercial space. The brownstone stoop on the right has iron handrails and leads to a parlor-floor entrance with a glass door, sidelight, and transom in a brownstone surround with a cornice above some delicate foliate ornament. There are two tall single-windows to the left.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with brownstone sills and cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the west two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice with console brackets and panels, surmounted by a tall metal railing.

The building is now divided into four apartment units, and the basement level is occupied by Arvaci Coffee.
