4-story residential building originally completed as two houses in a larger row likely sometime around the 1850s. They were later combined and the building renovated into apartments over a commercial ground floor. The current facade is clad in light-grey painted brick above a white-painted smooth-stucco ground floor. The residential entrance is on the right, with a glass door, and to the left are two metal-and-glass storefronts with glass doors. Across the top of the ground floor is a row of six short windows.

The upper floors have six bays of single-windows with black stone sills and flat lintels. The facade is capped by a stone coping and short metal railing. The ground floor is occupied by Juice Healthy Food & Drink, Al Horno Lean Mexican Kitchen, and Lucky Lyndon bar.
