It is clad in variegated brick (re-clad in 2019) above a ground floor with a steel, white tile, and glass storefront, and a residential entrance on the left with a black metal-and-glass door recessed atop two steps in a tile surround. A rounded, blue canvas canopy covers both the residential and storefront doors. A broad stone band tops the ground floor.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with brick sills and lintels, and a simple, thin stone coping caps the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by 2nd Ave Deli.
