6-story residential building completed in 1916 as a tenement. Designed by Charles B. Meyers, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a ground floor with various stone, brick, metal, and glass storefronts. The segmental-arched residential entrance is just west of center on the north facade on 33rd Street. It has decorative wood-and-glass double-doors and an arched transom set in a Neo-Gothic stone surround. A brick band caps the ground floor, with a thin stone band on top underlining the 2nd floor.

The upper floors have single-window end bays, and the middle section has seven single-windows with a double-window to either end. On the 2nd floor all the windows in the middle have surrounds of darker brick with limestone corners, and bands of the same brick join the tops and bottoms of these windows. The darker brick also lines the piers around the end bays, where there are tan terra-cotta pointed-arched above the windows on the 2nd floor, with a medallion with a trefoil on either side. A stone sill course runs below the 3rd floor, and there are brick quoins at the end bays from the 3rd-5th floors. These end-bay windows at these floors have brick surrounds as well, joined between floors. A terra-cotta band course lined with acanthus-leaf modillions underlines the top floor, which has terra-cotta shields capping the piers at the end bays. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is capped by a simple metal coping.

The east facade on the avenue has two wide single-windows at the south end, followed by a small single-window, three regular-sized single-windows, and another wide one at the north end. The 2nd floor has trim similar to the north facade, and there are brick quoins at the edges of the 3rd-5th floors. The top floor also has similar trim to the north facade. Another fire escape runs down the southern two bays.

The rear, south-facing facade is clad in red brick with several bays of single-windows facing the light well in the middle. The west elevation is also red brick, with several single-window bays. The ground floor is occupied by Coco Nails, Matto Espresso, Sticky's Finger Joint, Murray Hill Smoke Shop & Beer, Insomnia Cookies, and Murray Hill Barber Shop.
