4-story residential building originally completed as a townhouse around the 1850s. The facade was subsequently rebuilt and extended out to the building line, with the stoop replaced by a ground-floor entrance. It is clad in red brick. The entrance on the right has a white wood-and-glass door atop two steps, covered by a small, rounded, black canvas canopy. Above, the upper floors' west bay has single-windows. The east bay has double-windows at each floor, with air-conditioning units below each one. A simple stone coping caps the roof line. The former townhouse was divided into apartments when it was remodeled.
