 townhouse, apartment building

3-story (plus raised basement) Greek-revival townhouse likely completed in the 1850s. It is clad in brownstone, with a high stoop on the right leading up to a parlor-floor entrance with paneled wood-and-glass double-doors and a transom. There are two segmental-arched single-windows at the basement level next to the stoop, and two square-headed single-windows to the left of the doorway. The upper floors have three bays of segmental-arched single-windows, and the facade is crowned by a brown wooden roof cornice with console brackets and an ornamented frieze. The facade is largely covered by climbing ivy. The townhouse is now divided into two residential units.
