6-story residential building completed in 1925. It is clad in red brick, with two bays of single-windows in the middle, and end bays of double-windows. At the ground floor the eastern middle window is replaced by a wood-and-glass door with paneled sidelights and a short transom, down a step from the sidewalk and covered by a small black iron canopy. Short brick walls on either side of the step down are topped by iron fencing enclosing shrubs.

The upper floors have air-conditioning vents below the end bays, and a black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays. The facade is capped by a simple stone coping.
