5-story office building originally completed in 1882 as a townhouse. The facade has been heavily altered since and is clad in grey-painted brick above polished grey granite at the ground floor. A low ramp to the side front the building with a stainless-steel handrail with an angular design. On the left is the main entrance, with bronze-framed glass double-doors below a bronze panel and canopy. To the right is a plate-glass window separated by another metal panel from a recessed glass door.

The 2nd floor has a western double-window bay and two single-window bays on the east side. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with continuous sill courses. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and panels.

The east facade is also grey-painted brick, and has ten bays of single-windows with exterior black wooden shutters. The front bay is a little more spaced apart from the others. The ground floor is occupied by Coliseum Dental East.
