5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1887 as a twin to the building to the north. The facade is clad in brick, now painted dark-grey, including all the ornament, and the roof cornice has been removed. The ground floor has a modernized storefront of metal and glass, and a residential entrance on the south end with a black wood-and-glass door and transom between black cast-iron pilasters.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with hooded lintels at the outer bays, except for the 3rd floor. Spandrel panels below the 3rd & 4th floors are adorned with garlands at the outer bays, and the two middle bays are slightly recessed between the piers. A corbelled brick band crosses the bottom of the 5th floor, with a small band of dentils across the top of the 5th floor's middle bays. A grey metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays, extending to a small landing at the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Mazu Szechuan Cuisine.
