4-story residential building completed sometime around the 1860s. It is clad in white-painted brick above a stuccoed ground floor painted pale-yellow. The entrance on the left has a glass door in a tiled surround. The two single-windows to the right have iron grilles. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black stone sills, and on the top two floors there are black lintels with thin cornices. The facade is crowned by a black wooded roof cornice with console brackets. The west elevation is smooth-stuccoed with no openings.
