4-story residential building completed sometime around the 1860s. It is faced in white-painted smooth-stucco above a ground floor clad in warm beige stone tiles. On the left is the main entrance, with a steel-and-glass door with a decorative grille pattern, in a light-grey stone surround. To the right is a storefront with a steel-framed glass door and display-window. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with iron grilles at the 2nd floor, and curved, simple iron Juliet balcony railings at the bases of the windows on the top two floors. The facade is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Tony Lugos Hair Club.
