It is clad in red brick. The ground floor has a metal-framed glass door on the right, and a metal-and-glass storefront to the left. The upper floors have two bays of double-windows. The roof line is marked by a simple stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by New Absolute Dry Cleaning.
