The entrance to the upper floors is at the right, with a glass door recessed atop a single step in a round-arch lined with stone and a rope molding. The 2nd & 3rd floors have three bays of single-windows, in round-arched openings on the 2nd floor, with brick surrounds. The 2nd-floor windows also have thin rope moldings around them, and wrought-iron Juliet balconies in front. The 4th floor has a wide studio window with five sections, divided by white metal mullions. The facade is crowned by a stone roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Cask Bar & Kitchen.
