15-story modernist residential building completed in 2019. Designed by C3D Architecture, the main facade is a sheer glass surface bisected with thin vertical mullions of black metal and splayed horizontal bands at alternating floors. The main entrance is at the north end, with three glass doors in black metal frames, below a black metal canopy that angles at the top and bottom to a point. To the south is a black metal-and-glass storefront with a central set of glass double-doors.

At the upper floors the south quarter of the facade is slightly recessed, and there is a setback above the 14th floor. The curtain wall features full height structural glass windows and accentuated metal antique bronze finish frames. The building contains
37 apartment units.
