6-story Neo-Federal cooperative-apartment building completed in 1903. Designed by Israels & Harder, it is clad in red brick with limestone trim, above a ground floor that has been resurfaced in light-grey pre-cast stone scored into blocks. The main entrance is west of center, with glass-and-wood double-doors recessed atop four wide steps, covered by a black canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. To the right is a small window and a small secondary entrance with a glass-and-wood door atop a single step, below a clamshell canopy. To the left is a matching secondary entrance, but atop four narrow steps. The east end has three single-windows, with the basement entry below the last one; the stairs down to the doorway are enclosed by a low iron fence.

The upper floors have stone quoins at the edges. At the 2nd-3rd floors there are four 2-story projecting bays or oriel windows, each with narrow angled side panes and a wider center pane, set in beige brick. They are framed by smaller stone quoins around the edges and each topped at the 3rd floor by stone cornices with escutcheons. The four oriels are connected by stone bands between the two floors, each decorated with a large wreath. The 4th-5th floors have four bays of paired windows with simple stone sills and splayed brick lintels with keystones. The 6th floor has four triple-windows with splayed brick-and-stone lintels, and stone crosses on the piers. A black metal fire escape runs down the western part of the facade, which is crowned by a stone cornice with a frieze of alternating triglyphs and roundels, and a large central medallion.

The building contains 48 apartments.
