5-story (plus raised basement) residential building originally completed around 1870. It is clad in red brick above a 2-story base of grey-painted stone, rusticated above the basement. The stoop has been replaced by a ground-level entrance on the left with a glass door. To the right are two short windows with iron grilles.

The former entry at the parlor floor has been replaced by a double-window, but the enframement remains, with fluted pilasters and entablature, and a projecting section of the cornice that runs across the parlor floor. The two double-windows to the right are segmental-arched, with leaded glass. The top three floors have two bays of narrow triple-windows, with transoms at the lower of the three floors. They all have brown stone cornices, and there are vent grilles cut next to each of the west-bay windows and the other bay as well at the lower floor. The brick facade is crowned by a black metal cornice with brackets, surmounted by a newer top floor of tan pre-cast stone with two tripartite windows and a metal railing on top.
