6-story residential building originally completed in 1896, but given a new facade sometime in the mid-1900s. It is clad in grey brick, with two bays of tripartite windows with white stone lintel courses. The ground floor has a metal-and-glass storefront, and the main entrance is at the south end, with a glass door. On the upper floors there are air-conditioning vents below the outer part of each window bay. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, which is topped by a simple metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Sophra Mediterranean Grill.
