6-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1896. It is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor with metal-and-glass storefronts. The residential entrance is at the north end, with a wood-and-glass door. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with a variety of hooded lintels on the 2nd-4th floors. There are round-arched windows on the 5th floor, and both the 5th & 6th floors have decorative arches above the windows with egg-and-dart moldings and keystones. There are also several decorative bands across the facade.

A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays, and the facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice, stepped up at the center, with decorated panels and large modillions at the ends. The ground floor is occupied by Mani's Threading & Waxing, and Cuts on 3rd barber shop.
