130-foot, 12-story Art-Deco residential building completed in 1940. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, it is clad in cream-colored brick with a grey granite water table. The main entrance is on 35th Street, just to the west of the small recessed area at the center. It has three curved granite steps accessing a portico of red granite; recessed within the portico are glass sliding doors. Continuing to the west the ground floor has seven single-windows, one of them smaller than the others. There are low basement openings with grilles below the eastern five. The recessed center area has a double-window and a small single-window, with a low triple-window at the basement, behind a brick-lined flower bed. The east section of the ground floor begins with a 4-piece window whose two narrower western panes wrap around the curved corner recessing back to the center bay. Continuing east is a triple-window, small single-window, and a double-window. Below, at the basement level, which due to the slope of the site is now nearly entirely above-ground, is a matching wrap-around window, a single-window, a secondary entrance with a tan door with three square glass panes, a single-window, and a double-window. The ground floor and basement level are decorated with bands of curving bricks. The ground floor is topped by a stone band course, and there is a thinner band course above the 2nd floor.

Above the ground floor there are a number of slightly-projecting piers of textured brick. The central recessed area still has a double-window and a small single-window. The west section has a double-window with two extra panes wrapping around the curved corner to the recessed area, followed to the west by a small single-window, a double-window, two more small single-windows, and a larger single-window. The east section has another wrap-around window, a triple-window, small single-window, and double-window. There is a brown stone band course topping the 10th floor, where the projecting piers culminate in seashells. At the east end bay on the 11th-12th floors there is a brown stone surround and scalloped spandrel.

The west facade on the avenue is symmetrical, with a recessed area between rounded corners in the center. The recessed area has two double-windows and a narrow single-window to the sides. Two more narrow panes wrap around the corners and join with double-windows on the outer sections. Continuing outward on either side is a bay of triple-windows and a double-window. There are a couple more secondary entrances at the ground floor with tan doors, accessing commercial spaces. There is a metal railing at the roof line, with a roof deck on top.

The building contains 148 apartment units.
