5-story residential building completed as a townhouse sometime in the 1860s. It has since been stripped of detail, with the stoop replaced by a dark-grey granite-clad 1st floor (installed in about 2010), with the main entrance down a couple steps on the left. It has a black wood-and-glass door. There is another door on the right, and a small window in the middle, with an iron grille.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with green stone sills and lintels. A simple stone coping marks the roof line.
