4-story residential building probably completed around 1870. It is clad in red brick above a black-painted stone ground floor with a steel-and-glass storefront. The entrance is at the south end. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black stone sills and lintels. A black metal fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the middle bay of the facade, which is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Decor Gallery.
