4-story Italianate residential building completed around the 1870s. It is clad in red brick above a ground-floor storefront with cast-iron pilasters. The residential entrance is on the right, with a glass door, and to the left is a glass storefront with a glass door at the left end. A black metal band tops the ground floor.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black metal sills and beige stone lintels. The facade is crowned by a black wooden roof cornice with console end brackets, modillions, and panels. The west elevation is a blank wall of cement stucco. The ground floor is occupied by Ahimsa restaurant.
