4-story residential building completed in the late 1800s. The facade is clad in red-painted brick. The ground floor has a wide, projecting storefront of metal-and-glass on the north side, with a green sloped roof, and a smaller storefront on the south side, with a round-arched wooden door, two double-windows, and a cobbled stone on the lower half. In between the storefronts is the residential entrance, with a black wood-and-glass door and transom in a brick surround, covered by a red clamshell canopy.

The upper floors have seven bays of single-windows with brownstone sills and lintels carved with simple ornament. An iron fire escape runs down two of the middle bays, and the facade is crowned by a pair of black metal roof cornices (one over the northern four bays, and the other over the southern three) with brackets, modillions, and panels, surmounted by a metal railing. The ground floor is occupied by 39K Organic Deli, and El Pote restaurant.
