5-story residential building completed in 1885 at the same time as the twin building to the west. It is clad in brownstone with a central entrance atop a small stoop. There is a basement areaway on either side of the stoop, enclosed by a black iron fence. The entrance has black wood-and-glass paneled double-doors, with two narrow windows on either side.

The upper floors have four bays of windows with flat stone sills. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and panels.
