4-story Italianate residential building originally completed in the 1860s, around the same time as the other similar buildings lining the block on Lexington Avenue. It is clad in light-tinted brownstone. A high stoop on the left leads up to an entrance with a wood-framed door and sidelight, below a segmental-arched double transom, all set within a projecting surround. To the right is a commercial show-window, with a basement storefront below, behind a red metal fence.

The upper floors have three bays of segmental-arched single-windows with bracketed stone sills, growing shorter at each floor. The facade is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice. The lower commercial levels are occupied by India Bazaar New Food of India.
