Site of a medieval fortress, the precursor of modern Nova Zagora to the southwest. The remains are located west of Zlata Mogila, on both sides of the canal leading south to Sădievo. The fortress was dismantled after the Ottoman conquest, and the remains are now almost completely effaced by modern agriculture.
