Kormisosh Reserve is located in the Rhodopes. This is the most unusual place in the mountains. The flora of the reserve is very diverse in its higher parts are dominated by pine forests of white and black pine. The deciduous zone dominated by tree species oak , hornbeam and others. In Kormisosh to have a significant number of higher plants and most of them appear in the Red Book of Bulgaria .
