2-story mercantile building completed in 1910 as a stable. Designed by Chappell & Bosworth, it is clad in brick, painted bright blue at the ground floor, and red at the upper floor. The ground floor has a garage door on the left, and a red metal door on the right, below what was a small arched window, now bricked-in. The 2nd floor has three bays of single-windows with arched brick lintels. A vertical sign is mounted between the western two windows, and the facade is capped by a stone coping.

The building is now occupied by Midtown Lumber which originated on the site in the 1930's as West Side Lumber Company. It was purchased by John Catsimatidis.
