4-story Art-Deco commercial building completed in 1915. It is clad in beige brick above a ground floor of black metal, with a storefront on the left, and a glass door near the center. The upper floors have studio windows, each with a blank brick area at the east end. The spandrels between floors feature brick laid in a geometric pattern. The roof line has three brick panels and a metal coping, stepped up at the ends and in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Paws in Chelsea pet boarding and grooming.
