6-story Neo-Renaissance commercial building completed in 1904. It is clad in red brick above a 2-story base of banded black-painted limestone. The ground floor has a service entrance at the east end with a black metal door and transom framed by scrolled brackets carrying a simple cornice. To the left are three larger bays, the first one sharing the main entrance (with glass double-doors and a transom) and a glass-and-metal storefront with a glass door. The western two bays have larger storefronts with recessed entrances with glass double-doors. The 2nd floor has large industrial windows in the three larger bays, with black metal framing organizing them into three sets of 2-over-2 windows with upper transom panes. The small east bay has a small single-window. The base is capped by a simple, projecting stone band.

The upper floors have trios of windows in the three main bays, and a smaller window in the east end bay. The windows have stone sills and lintels, joined across the trios. At the 6th floor the piers have stone capitals with carved wreaths. The facade is crowned by a dark-brown metal roof cornice with large modillions and end brackets.

The ground floor is occupied by Apple Cleaners, and Headlight NY lighting store. The 6th floor is occupied by The Museum of Korean American Heritage (see separate entry).
