4-story commercial building completed in the late 1800s. It is clad in variegated tan brick with banded end piers above a wood, metal, brick, and glass ground-floor storefront with double-doors, and an entrance to the upper floors at the south end with a metal-and-glass door.

The upper floors have wide bands of five windows with thick black iron mullions, thin stone sills, and brick lintels. The roof line is marked by a stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Ciao Bella pizzeria.
