5-story office and commercial building completed in 1905. Designed by Louis Korn, it has a cast-iron front elevation, with a plainer brick rear facade on 13th Street. The main facade faced in beige cast-iron above modernized storefronts. There are three 4-bay sections on the east, and another 4-bay section with a more prominent top, flanked by a pair of 2-bay sections. The sections are all divided by paneled, stylized piers, with fluted pilasters separating the windows, which have blue-painted frames. The top two floors of the highlighted section have round columns fronting the piers, topped by Corinthian capitals. All of the piers are topped by brackets at the roof line, supporting a cornice over the highlighted section, and urns at the other piers. The 2nd floor is occupied by a New York Sports Club, with the ground floor occupied by Party City, Jack Rabbit running/cycling/swimming/yoga store, and Wet Seal apparel.

The rear elevation has a 6-bay west section and a 9-bay east section. It is clad in red brick (a darker shade on the east part) above grey-painted ground floor with narrow cast-iron piers. The infill is grey-painted brick and metal, with various vents, doors, and storefronts. A broad stone cornice caps the ground floor on the east section. All the windows have flat stone lintels and blue-painted frames. The ground floor on this side is occupied by Da Andrea restaurant, Addison Atelier, Samson Mini-storage, and Biscuits and Bath Doggy Gym.
