2-story commercial building completed in 1906. The ground floor has a black-painted brick end pier on the west side, next to an angled, recessed glass door to the 2nd floor. To its right is a recessed wood-and-glass door, and a sideways-facing display-window. A forward-facing display-window completes the west storefront. The east storefront has a narrower display-window and glass double-doors.

The beige-brick 2nd floor has a band of five windows, and there is a metal coping at the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Henry Westpfal Co. gallery in the east storefront, with the rest of the building occupied by New York Vintage.
