4-story commercial building completed in 1912. It is clad in buff-colored brick above a metal-and-glass storefront, with a recessed glass door at the north end. The upper floors have wide studio windows with brick lintels. The 3rd & 4th floors have 5-over-2 panes, while the 2nd floor instead has larger panes with two square middle panes and narrower end panes. A small stone diamond shape adorns the center of each spandrel between the floors. The facade is capped by a metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Blue & Pink Smoke Factory.
