4-story residential building completed in 1920. It is clad in red brick. The entrance to the upper floors is at the east end, with a black metal-and-glass door and transom. To the right, steel piers frame a glass-and-metal storefront, with glass double-doors.

The upper floors have three bays of windows with yellow brick lintels and sills. A grey-green metal fire escape runs down the west two bays of the facade (only the western bay at the 4th floor), which is crowned by a brick coping and metal railing. The ground floor is occupied by Manhattan Restaurant Supply, with Chelsea Men's Spa on the 2nd floor.
