4-story commercial building completed sometime in the late 1800s as a residential building. It was converted to fully commercial use in 1928. The facade is clad in dark-grey-painted brick above a pair of metal-and-glass storefronts. The upper floors have six total bays of single-windows, except for on the 2nd floor, where those at the north half (No. 829) are replaced by a wide plate-glass window. There are a number of signs mounted to the facade, which is crowned by a pair of matching, simple black metal roof cornices with double rows of dentils. The ground floor is occupied by AK Mobile/Super Chill Products, and Fashion Bear.
